We treat it as a full reset of the property.

Properties coming up for rental, recently vacated homes, or premises that have not been professionally cleaned for some time may need a deep clean as a starting point before a regular schedule is put in place.
You do not need to be present throughout, but we do ask that someone is available at the start to walk through the property with us and flag any priority areas or items that should not be moved. For repeat clients with an established relationship, access arrangements can be agreed in advance.

We can clean surface mould from tiles, grout, sealant and bathroom fixtures using appropriate cleaning products. However, if mould has penetrated behind tiles or into the wall structure, that is a remediation issue that goes beyond cleaning. We will flag this honestly if we encounter it during the clean so you can take the right next step.
